Students become teachers. Each mentor prepares a topic from her own course and teaches it to her peers, building subject mastery, confidence and presentation skills.

Nisa Mentor is a bimonthly teaching and mentoring skill lab in the union's 2026–27 action plan. Edition 01 runs in November 2026, with Editions 02 and 03 planned for the coming quarters.

Choose and study a topic

Each mentor takes a topic from her own syllabus and prepares it in depth.

02 · Teach

Lead a session for peers

She teaches the topic to fellow students, as a teacher would in a classroom.

03 · Grow

Build professional skills

Explaining, presenting and answering questions sharpen both knowledge and confidence.
